The 3rd World Karate Championship to be held in Odessa

On June 18 - 21, 2009, the III WUKF (World Union Karate-do Federations) World Karate Championship will be taking place in Odessa. The competitions will be held in Odessa Sports Palace (31, Shevchenko Avenue).

Municipal Kids and Youth Art Palace’s amateur groups will become the participants of the Championship. Both the opening and the closing ceremonies will be accompanied by the Municipal Orchestra performances.

The Championship is organized by the Ukrainian Jundokan Federation.
